BIAB Amber Ale

This weekend after doing a bit of a stock check I decided to brew a American amber ale having never brewed an amber ale before I read through a few forum post and had a flick over some of the books. The whole brewday went pretty smoothly.

Final Volume: 17 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.053
Final Gravity: 1.012
Alcohol Content: 5.4% ABV
Mash Efficiency: 75 %
Bitterness: 60 IBU
Colour: 23 EBC

UK Pale Ale Malt 3.500kg
UK Medium Crystal 220g
Belgian Biscuit Malt 100g
UK Chocolate Malt 35g

Columbus 20g 70 Min
Citra 15.0% 10 g 10 Min
Nelson Sauvin 11.0 % 10g 5.2 10 Min
Simcoe 13.0 % 10g 10 Min
Citra 15.0%   15g At turn off
Nelson Sauvin 11.0 % 15g At turn off
Simcoe 13.0 % 15g At turn off
