Half & Half

Couple of weekeds ago I brewed up a beer based around Crystal Hops because I had a pint of Rouge’s brutal bitter and was loving the flavour and after looking around the internet discovered that they use crystal hop in this beer. I was looking to get something that would be good easy drinkin this is

 what I cooked up. Have call this half & half due to it being half wheat an

d half pale malt.

Final Volume: 13 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.050
Final Gravity: 1.012
Alcohol Content: 5.0% ABV
Bitterness: 55 IBU
Colour: 14 EBC

Crystal 15 g 5 Min
Crystal 20 g 0 Min
